The New Ifog Engineering is tightly connected with Politecnico di Bari (mechanics and management engineering) with whom develops research projects.
New Ifog Engineering s.r.l. was born from the fusion of engineers and technicians who have always worked in the industrial plant field at an international level: energy, petrochemical, oil & gas.
We develops advanced engineering and planning about renewable energies: hydrogen fuel cell plants, internal-combustion engine (vegetable oil fueled), photovoltaic plants. We realize business plan and feasibility analysis. Our specialized staff trains workers in advanced techniques of “management control”, “project management”, “supply chain”.
The care for the needs of our customers comes through the respect of deadlines and project milestones.
Our designers use the most advanced technologies in line with market demands.
Our technicians have trained in highly specialized sectors such as oil & gas, designing according to European and international standards such as API610, API614, ASME, ANSI, UNI EN10011, 97/23 / CE - PED, 94/9 / CE - ATEX and 46/90 (systems).
We are able to organize and manage works in complete autonomy with advanced management techniques (MPP, QCP, Project, WBS), all in compliance with the quality according to UNI EN ISO9001: 2000 and safety according to 626/94 (safety) and 494/96 (construction site safety).
The executive planning is realized with softwares like ProE and Autocad.
Our company has specialized workers as: licensed welders with ASMEIX and UNI EN287 regulations, factory pipe-fitters, electricians, carpenters, all qualified for plants realization.
- Pipe-rack - SCR DeNOX - Nitrogen transport lines - Fire prevention systems.
- Methane gas measurement and regulation systems (meetering line natural gas) - Lubrication units for pumps, turbines, and compressors (lube oil system for pumps, steam turbine, compressor) - Pump dressing (skid assembly pump). - Piping for boilers - Piping for cogeneration plant - Water transport and treatment plants - Solvent gas extraction systems - Lines for steam transport (steam piping).
- Conversion of boats with internal combustion engine to full electric or hybrid. (Transfluid/Bellmarine) - Photovoltaic and wind power plants. - Energy plants with endothermic engines running on vegetable oil (rapeseed, palm, sunflower) with relative combined steam plant.
